We started our Industrial Automation business since 1998, our main focus is to provide automated solution for our customer. Our Project Department is in charge of this segment of business, have combine experience of 45 years. On June 1998, Promosys & Vanguard Company engaged in agreement, which Promosys will be sub-contractors for Vanguard Company. Clipsal Manufacturing:-


1.	Fully Automated In-Line Socket Tester
	This tester was design to replace two workers; this tester is capable of collecting 13A socket direct from conveyor and performs 9 type of testing. This tester can produce detail production report including reject detail, produced quantity & production efficiency. Customer benefited from fast & accurate testing, typical human testing speed was 15-20 sec per socket, our tester normal speed is 5-8 sec. And with our tester 100% final inspection was possible

2.	Automatic Drill, Tap & Screwing Machine
	This machine was design to replace three workers and increases the production quantity to 100%. This machine has indexing table which will index the brass part to each station. The 1st station is Drilling station, the 2nd station is tapping Station and the final station is inserting screw station. The machine is also capable to detect the drill & taping bit broken and capable of detecting missing screw.

1.	Transformer Tap Changer Recorder
	The focus of this project to recorder the tap used by the operator in the arcing furnace, efficient tap change will ensure the longer carbon and lower electricity usage. Our tap change system has to operate inside the transformer room which is very harsh environment, when arcing the transformer room EMC is capable of speeding our watch!!. This project indicates our team capability of design product with highest quality.

1.	2-Aixs Brush Making Machine
	We design & fabricate 2-axis broom making machine, the machine was controller using PC base controller. The provided software was very interactive, the customer can program new model with in 20 min, which previously taken them 2 hour. With the successes of the 1st design the customer bought six more machines from us. From the 2nd machine onward we incorporated touch screen and servo motor, to increases the productivity.
